All Slumberland mattresses and divans carry a 15-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is provided to the original purchaser.  Slumberland warranty exclude: - Normal body impressions of 1.5 inch or less.Body impressions are a normal phenomenon of premium bedding and indicates that the comfort layers are conforming to your body contour.These are not considered as manufacturing defects. - Firmness or comfort level of the product - Dust mites and bed bugs - Fair Wear and tear - Negligent usage - Improper care of maintenance If your Slumberland mattress or divan fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the defective item. We reserve the rights to match the rights to match the fabric of the original items
